Schunk Global Graduate Program – Your International Entry Point to Professional Life
The Schunk Global Graduate Program is for above-average university graduates from various disciplines, which have already gained some practical and international experience and are willing to take an independent and global approach to their work.
As a trainee, you develop into a highly qualified junior employee for global tasks while getting a comprehensive overview of international structures and processes in the Schunk Group. You are placed in various Schunk companies throughout the world, and interesting projects allow you to put the knowledge you acquired during your studies into practice while constantly building on your skills. Progress of the Global Graduate Program
The program is set up to last 16 months.
The individual stations at which you are employed are tailored to your needs and our requirements. You are involved in strategic projects, carry out operational activities and intensively prepare yourself for your target area. You and all the trainees regularly take part in joint training modules and network events where you can exchange ideas with executives and colleagues from different countries and thus build up your personal network. At the beginning of the program, you will receive an indefinite contract. After completion, we will continue to offer you interesting development and training opportunities in the Schunk Group.

After a pre-selection, all candidates will be invited to an interview. Then there will be an online test, and finally the selection process takes place. You should have the following:
- An above-average degree (master’s or diploma).
- Some international and practical experience, for example through an international semester, an internship or vocational training.
- Very good English skills (at least C1 level according to CEFR).
- The ability to work independently on unfamiliar and complex tasks.
- A willingness to work flexibly at different locations around the world.
- A high level of independent initiative and motivation.
- An efficient and goal-oriented approach to your work.
- Strong communication skills and a self-reflective mindset.
