The Schunk Pension for All
In the future, Schunk will allow you to participate in the company's success beyond your active working life. This is a clear component of our "One Firm" concept and a recognition of your performance for Schunk.
Starting in 2024, Schunk will proactively and voluntarily contribute to the pension plans of all employees worldwide – an initiative, the likes of which can only be found in a few companies.
In Germany, we are expanding the partly existing Schunk Pension to all our German companies.
For all companies outside of Germany, we will make country-specific arrangements to support employees with retirement benefits.
Yesterday at the Schunk World Meeting, the Managing Directors were informed about the Schunk Pension for the first time. By the end of this year it must be worked out, how the Schunk Pension can be implemented in the Schunk companies of the respective countries. As soon as all details have been clarified, you will be informed comprehensively and personally.
The Schunk Pension will be introduced at all companies in which Schunk is the only shareholder.
