"HR managers know how important personal exchange is and that's why I really appreciate the fact that we can meet again in person ": This was how Karin Merte, Head of Global Human Resources, welcomed the participants of the Global HR Meeting last week. After a break of several years, the fourth meeting of the senior HR managers of Schunk's foreign subsidiaries could finally take place again at Schunk Group in Heuchelheim.

Under the motto "One Firm. One HR. One Team." the participants exchanged views on important HR topics with focus on "Global Market Success". The HR managers worked out initiatives how the local HR departments can contribute to Schunk's motto for the year 2023. Another top topic was the "Schunk Pension", whose Schunk-wide introduction from 2024 on was very positively received by the HR managers. 

Team building was not neglected either. A joint cooking event provided the opportunity to get to know each other better and to intensify the exchange.
