Know-how for your energy.

Innovation flat out.

With Weiss Technik, you can really put your foot down.

Has e-mobility won the day?

Combustion engines are out, and electric cars are in

Electromobility is extremely important to Weiss Technik as our testing cabinets and chambers are used to test electric vehicles and individual components contained in these vehicles.

Temperature and climate test cabinet

Testing cells, packs, modules and complete batteries

The temperature and climatic testing equipment in the ClimeEvent series sets the standard when it comes to environmental simulation. They provide a test space volume of 190 to 2250 litres and can be used for tests in a temperature range between –72 and +180 °C. Climatic tests with a relative humidity range of between 10 and 98 % can be performed in a temperature range of between +10 and +95 °C.

Stress-Screening-Systeme

Testing cells, packs, modules and complete batteries

With test space sizes between 190 and 1540 litres and a temperature range of between –72 and +180 °C, we can meet almost any set of customer requirements. The ClimeEvent series meets all of the most common climatic testing standards.

The preferred change speeds are 5, 10 and 15 K/min. We can provide testing systems capable of up to 30 K/min for special applications.

XXL series

Temperature and climatic tests

The XXL series provides a test space volume of between 2700 and 3600 litres.

The large area can be used to test entire modules and batteries and is easily accessed through the two-leaf door.

Walk-in and drive-in climate test chambers

Testing vehicle batteries

We provide walk-in and drive-in climate test chambers specifically for testing traction batteries. The ease of access allows you to optimise how the batteries are wired up. Our climatic test chambers can be used to test entire electric or hybrid vehicles in a wide range of climatic conditions.

Optimal climate for the batteries of tomorrow.

weisstechnik supports the development of e-mobility.

Electromobility is an automotive megatrend. Its success depends on having high-performance, long-lasting lithium ion batteries. More and more vehicle manufacturers are developing their own production lines in order to strengthen their own expertise in the area and increase their independence from established battery manufacturers. weisstechnik is a one-stop shop for planning and supplying building services and air-conditioning technology so that you can have the precise climatic and environmental conditions which you need when building prototypes.

EMC test cabinets

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is the ability of an electrical system to function adequately in its electromagnetic environment (interference resistance) and avoid improperly affecting this environment (emitted interference). Resistance and low emitted interference levels must be demonstrated in accordance with EMC guidelines and standards.

Continous Oven Systems, VDU / VDL

Continuous oven systems

The vötschtechnik® continuous oven system forms a reliable part of your production line. It can be equipped with a wide variety of conveyor systems. It is particularly suitable as a component for heat treatments in automation lines. Our continuous oven systems are either available as modules or are tailor-made. The air flow is horizontal, vertical or is blown in from both sides. Three different treatment space widths, 750 mm, 1000 mm and 1500 mm are available in the modular design version. The modules have a treatment space length of 1000 mm, 2000 mm and 3000 mm. The desired length of the oven is achieved by coupling the modules.

The continuous systems from vötschtechnik® represent in every respect special apparatus engineering. They are designed to meet the requirements of your application processes. Send us an e-mail or simply give us a call, and a qualified member of staff will advise you. We are your partner from conception to the completed system. Ask for examples of projects that we have already implemented.
