An introduction to the senior management

Managing Director Technology & Administration
Weiss Technik GmbH

Harald Arndt was born in Limburg an der Lahn, Germany, in 1965. He began his professional career in the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), where he studied Mechanical Engineering at the Helmut Schmidt University / University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg. After completing his military service, most recently holding the rank of Captain, he transitioned into industry and assumed leadership responsibilities in the areas of production, logistics, sales, and engineering.

He subsequently held senior management positions at Keiper, Johnson Controls, Magna Seating, and the Schunk Group, serving in Europe and North America, among other regions. In these roles, he was responsible for international business units, manufacturing sites, as well as strategic transformation and growth initiatives.

Harald Arndt has extensive international experience, particularly in the United States. His areas of expertise include leading global organizations, business development, and the continuous improvement of efficient production and organizational structures.

Since March 2026, Harald Arndt has served as Managing Director of Weiss Technik GmbH.

Weiss Technik GmbH

Robert Levert was born in 1967. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. He began his professional career with Hunter Douglas, where he initially worked in European product management for various technical products.

Over the course of his career, he assumed managing director responsibilities for several Hunter Douglas companies in Germany and the Netherlands. His responsibilities included establishing new sales organizations, expanding product portfolios, and leading the repositioning and integration of companies and business units. In total, he spent 21 years with Hunter Douglas.

In 2013, Robert Levert joined the Schunk Group. As CEO of Weiss Technik North America, he and his team successfully drove the expansion of the company's North American business operations. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge of international markets and the Weiss Technik product portfolio.

In 2026, Robert Levert succeeds Peter Kuisle as Managing Director of Weiss Technik GmbH.

Weiss Pharmatechnik GmbH

Andreas Rohe was born in Olpe, North Rhine-Westphalia, in 1989. During his industrial engineering studies at the University of Siegen, he completed a 12-month stay in China. After graduating with a Master of Science, he worked as a project manager for factory planning at the management consultancy firm MPC Munschek Process Consulting.

In 2019, he joined the Schunk Group as a management consultant. Since 2021, Andreas Rohe has been Managing Director of Weiss Pharmatechnik GmbH, based in Oldenburg. Since 2025, he has been Managing Director of Weiss Klimatechnik GmbH and is therefore responsible for the Business Unit Air Solutions.
