Our vötschoven laboratory ovens are designed for demanding thermal processes in laboratories and industrial environments. They deliver highly uniform heat distribution, precise temperature control and outstanding energy efficiency, ideal for drying, heat treatment, thermal ageing and material testing applications. Depending on the process requirements, our laboratory furnaces can also take over the functions of conventional drying ovens or heating cabinets, especially when high temperature uniformity or reproducible results are essential.
With a temperature range from ambient +10 °C to 300 °C, an advanced PID controller (Proportional‑Integral‑Derivative) and excellent temperature homogeneity, the ovens ensure reproducible results even in continuous operation. The robust stainless steel cabinet and high‑density insulation provide durability and support a strong energy efficiency rating.
Safety is ensured through an independent safety thermostat / over‑temperature protection, meeting full CE requirements. An RS‑485 Modbus interface with multipoint communication is available for system integration. This enables multiple ovens to be controlled within the same network. In addition, the system features an integrated data logging function that stores process data for one month and can be conveniently exported to a USB flash drive. The optional Ethernet RJ45 interface enables web‑based control, cloud connectivity and seamless SIMPATI compatibility. For regulated environments, validation, calibration and compliance certificates are available.
