An insulated non-transparent blanket for the transparent roof. Improves thermal efficiency to increase cabinet maximum operating temperature and salt spray fall-out range. |

Humidity Test Cabinets
H500 & H1000 Humidity cabinets meet the requirements of basic, continuous condensation humidity tests conducted at a singletemperature and temperature cycling tests such as DIN50017, ISO 6270-1, VDA 621-421, ASTM D4585, ASTM D2247 and BS3900 and similar international test standards.
This makes the Alpha+ unique.
Easy to install
Minimal number of external service connections
Simple to operate
Intuitive colour touch screen interface
Reliable
Uncomplicated design backed by 35 years manufacturing experience.
International standards compliance
The Alpha+ range complies with the most popular international standards for humidity testing.

Domed roof with 360-degree view
Fully transparent and seamless domed roof, without welded/glued seams with 360° all-round visibility, self-supporting when open.
Self-refilling water seal
An automatically refilling water seal prevents humidity from escaping from the appliance during testing.

Touchscreen Controller
Ergonomically positioned control unit for convenient and intuitive operation. Full-colour touchscreen interface with multi-language function and on-screen graphic of chamber temperatures.
Precise temperature controlled, high humidity environment
Water held in a sump located in the cabinet base, is heated by an immersion heater to generate water vapour. As water vapour evaporates, it saturates the cabinet atmosphere with moisture. Test samples in the cabinet, below the dew-point temperature of the saturated air, will develop surface condensation.
Robust glass-reinforced plastic construction (GRP)
Robust construction made of glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP), a durable, impact-resistant material with strong chemical and corrosion resistance that ensures a long service life.
Mobile version
Mobile base with swivel castors and lockable fixed castors.
Temperature cycling
User can programme either a single set temperature, or automatically cycle the cabinet temperature between two different temperatures for user-defined periods of time.
No moving parts
By careful design, the high humidity environment is achieved without the need for a circulation fan, which would otherwise have to endure the hostile, high humidity environment
